Shipping policy

1. Logistics & Global Shipping

To offer our haptic precision EDC products worldwide, we partner with selected international manufacturers and logistics providers. Orders are shipped directly from our partners' global warehouses to your doorstep. Final delivery in your country is handled by premium, local postal and parcel carriers (e.g., DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, Austrian Post).

2. Handling Time

Since your order is processed immediately and passed to our partner fulfillment warehouses, our handling time is typically 1 to 3 business days. During this phase, your order is verified, packaged, and handed over to international courier services.

3. Shipping Times (Transit Time)

Because we ship globally, transit times vary depending on the destination country:

  • Europe & North America: 7 to 15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15 to 25 business days (up to 30 business days for remote regions)

Please note that these shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs clearance in the destination country.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (Worldwide): € 4.90
  • Free Shipping: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over € 50.00.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number. Since shipments pass through international networks, it may take 2 to 3 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

6. Customs & Import Fees

Because items are shipped directly from global logistics centers, international shipments (e.g. to countries outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient) and are determined by the local authorities of the destination country.

7. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage immediately with photos and contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
